MAIN TASKS:

• Technical and material support of the departments of the Ministry, regional and Minsk city, district (city) courts, notaries (technical equipment, inventory and office supplies), the organization of maintenance work on premises and facilities of the central office of the Ministry.

• Overseeing the timely execution of the documents specified by the Minister of Justice, preparation of the documents of the Ministry of Justice for the subsequent report to the Minister.

KEY FEATURES:

• On the basis of Presidential Decree № 618 of November 17, 2008 “On public purchases in the Republic of Belarus” - preparation, organization and conducting of purchases of goods and services on a competitive basis for the needs of the Ministry of Justice, the courts and notaries.

• Provision of timely review by the Minister of incoming documents, overseeing the correct paper work, as well as the monitoring of these documents.

• Organization of copying of official documents.

• Technical and material support of the Ministry of Justice and the structural units with motor vehicles, office equipment, tools, stationery and other materials in accordance with established standards.

• Organizational and technical preparation of sessions of the Collegium of the Ministry, as well as activities undertaken by the Ministry, hotel reservations.

• Preparation for the conclusion and renewal leases.

• Organization of workplaces, including the creation of conditions for effective work of employees.

• Registration of the orders issued by the Minister of Justice (for travel and economic issues), registration of persons arriving and departing on a mission.

• Adoption and transition of the telephone messages in the absence of the Minister.

• Organization of duty in the Ministry's central office, duty scheduling and control over its execution.
