organizing the work of regional, Minsk city and district (city) courts of the Republic of Belarus on execution of judicial acts;

developing and carrying out of the activities, directed on perfection and increasing the level of work of the Central Administrations of Justice on organization of work of the courts on execution of courts’ sentences, definitions and resolutions on criminal cases regarding property collectings, courts definitions and resolutions on civil cases, definitions and decisions of other bodies which execution is carrying out be the court bailiffs;

organizing and supervising the realization of judicial acts, including judicial acts on execution of requirements of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

The Department carries out the following functions:

studies out the work of regional, Minsk city and district (city) courts of the Republic of Belarus on realization of judicial acts, including judicial acts, concerning execution of requirements of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of November 24, 2006 № 18 «On additional measures on the state protection of children in unsuccessful families».

supervises the execution of courts sentences, definitions and resolutions on criminal matters regarding property collectings, courts definitions and resolutions on civil matters, resolutions and decisions of other bodies which execution is carrying out by the court bailiffs;

drafts the instructions, provisions, methodical manuals concerning the organization of work of regional, Minsk City and district (city) courts of the Republic of Belarus and also the recommendations to the Central Administrations of Justice of regional executive committees and the Minsk Executive Committee concerning realization of judicial acts. Supervises the realization of mentioned instructions;

gives proposals on the improvement of national legislation on issues of realization of judicial acts; coordinates the work of Central Administrations of Justice, district (city), regional and Minsk city courts, concerning the organization of realization of judicial acts;

provides the court bailiffs with the normative-legal literature, which is necessary for the realization of judicial acts;

in accordance with the competence of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus exams complains and proposals, which are connected with the activity of district (city), regional, Minsk City courts, Central Administrations of Justice on realization of judicial acts; monitors the courts and Central Administrations of Justice work in the mentioned sphere;

according the results of examination of claims and courts work imposes measures of disciplinary responsibility on the district (city) court bailiffs, chief court bailiffs, Minsk City court bailiffs; prepares documents on initiating the disciplinary proceedings against the judges of regional, Minsk City, district (city) courts and officials of Central Administrations of Justice.

Jointly with the Department on Financial, Economic Activity and Accounting the Department drafts the proposals on the material and logistic support of district, regional, Minsk City courts.

Jointly with the Department on Personnel and Ideology the Department participates in the appointment of district (city) court bailiffs, chief court bailiffs (district (city) court, regional, Minsk City courts).
