DIVISION ON DOCUMENTATION AND SPECIAL ACTIVITIES

Division on Documentation and Special Activities is directly engaged in organization of  documentation flow, including  restricted documents flow and their protection, as well as in issues of special importance and security.

The main tasks of the Division are the following:

- support for documentation flow, establish uniform rules of documenting and other procedures of handling of documents, their recording and storage, preparation of documents for transfer to the ministerial and national archives;

- preparation and implementation of regulations on documentation flow optimization and improvement of the documentation system within the Ministry, in subordinate organizations and in courts;

- overseeing the units of the Ministry and subordinate organizations  to comply with deadlines for fulfillment
of legislative acts, regulations and instructions of higher governmental bodies, decisions of the Board of the Ministry of Justice and orders of the Minister of Justice;

- preparation of reference and analytical materials on documentation within the Ministry, as well as on procedures on applications of citizens;

- protection of restricted documents in the Ministry, in subordinate organizations and in courts;

- special security activities.
